为了有效降低电站锅炉电除尘器的电耗和烟尘排放,应用合同能源管理分别对2台机组的电除尘电源进行了高频电源改造和工频电源控制优化.经过测试,两种改造方案均可以大幅度降低电除尘器的电耗和烟尘排放浓度,适宜在各电厂推广.

In order to reduce the current drain and dust emission of boiler electric precipitator in power station, we take high frequency power transformation and power frequency power control optimization to power supply of 2 units electric precipitator respectively by using contract energy management. After testing, two reconstruction schemes can greatly reduce the current drain and dust emission concentration of electric precipitator, suitable for promotion in power plant.
