沃尔曼电路具有较大输出电阻和较小的反馈电容效应,经常在模拟电路中代替场效应管从而得到高性能的电路.首先对常规的沃尔曼电路进行了分析和介绍,然后给出了改进的沃尔曼电路.改进的沃尔曼电路和常规的沃尔曼电路相比,开始调节的阈值电压显著减小.用Multisim对电路进行了仿真,可以看出达到了目的.最后给出了用改进的沃尔曼电路实现的镜像电流源电路.

Wallman circuit which behave like a MOS transistor but features high output impedance and low feedback capa?cidance is integral part of the high performance analog design. The working principle of the classical regulated cascode circuit is analyzed,and then a new modified Wallman circuit is proposed. The new design reduces the threshold voltage of the classical cascode circuit to start the regulating process. Multisim is used for circuit simulation. Significant improvement is observed through simulation. The mirror current source circuit is achieved by using the modified Wallman circuit.
