The sea transportation was highly developed in the Yuan dynasty due to the fact there was a galaxy of talents of different nationalities involved in this endeavor. There have been many researches on personages such as Yang Shu, Zhu Qing, Zhang Xuan, Pu Shougeng, Shabudin, and Shebushi. This paper, however, focuses on Huang Tou who improved the livelihood of the transportation workers, better the port management and tackle voyage issues after the fall of Zhu Qing and Zhang Xuan in the Yuan Dynasty.
