The basic form of the foreign religion to the infiltration and expansion was discussed in this paper. The main reason of foreign religious organizations and forces often seeps to the university were point out such as cultural pluralism, liberalism, the diffusion of college students lack of belief, information and virtual community development. It was suggested to effectively resolve and deal with the penetration of foreign religions, the construction of network platform mechanism must be strengthened, the socialist the core values of university organization propaganda must be strengthened, monitoring mechanism must be perfected, the students' self-monitoring and teacher-student interaction and communication must be promoted.
