近年来,电子产业无铅化在迅速推进,PCB表面处理工艺也在向无铅化迅速发展.作为无铅表面工艺的一种,沉锡因其优良的可靠性在众多工艺中占有一席之地.但是,锡面回流变色问题却是一个顽疾.关于锡面回流变色,业内普遍认为是水洗质量不佳、药水残留导致,而系统深入地研究很少.本文由生产实际出发并结合相关试验测试,从金属氧化的角度,对锡面变色的机理进行了深入分析与独特探讨,找到关键影响因素,为改善这一问题提供切实有效的理论依据.

In recent years, Lead-free requirements and lead-free PCB surfer treatment process were more and more popular in electrical industry. As one of the lead-free PCB surfer treatment process, Immersion Tin had a place because of its excellent reliability. However, discoloration problems after lead-free reflow were in existence at all times. Now the theory that the poor washing quality and the remnant liquid medicine resulted in the discoloration had been accepted universally in PCB industry, but in-depth analysis and research about the theory was less. The factor of effect and the mechanism on discoloration problems was discussed in this paper by means of some experiments connected to manufacture from the angle of metal oxidation, and it was hope to be the technology support to improve the discoloration problem.
