从目前国内印制线路板的制作水平可以看出,线路板企业的发展,已经开始从单纯的制造型逐步转向研发制造型,这一良好态势表明,国内企业正在思考着如何变“中国制造”为“中国创造”.只有研发,才能真正提高企业技术水平和影响力.研发项目成为研发新产品的一个自然产物,如何优化研发项目的统筹管理方法,也成为研发企业的一个重要问题.文章综合分析了印制线路板企业研发项目的管理方法,整合研发路线,提出一套适合印制线路板企业研发项目的管理.

Currently, more and more domestic PCB enterprises are changing their development strategies from mere manufacture to R&D integration, which will greatly help to turn "Made in China" into "Created in China". R&D integration is an effective way to improve technology and the influence of an enterprise. As R&D project has become a natural product of new product research and development, PCB enterprises are now facing the challenge to optimize the management of R&D project. By analyzing project management of PCB enterprises comprehensively, this paper integrates the different research and development routes to bring forward the optimized project management for PCB enterprises.
