随着物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术的快速发展,必然推动“数字社区”走向“智慧社区”,用来解决和/或减轻城市化和经济转型所造成的社会管理与服务问题.本文首先分析了智慧社区建设架构和渗透到居民生活的诸多方面智慧应用,接着对特殊人群的生活保障服务有着强烈需求的创新应用进行探讨,最后对智慧社区在城市管理与服务应用做出展望.

With the rapid development of a new generation of information technology including the Cloud Computing and Internet of Things etc, will promote the "digital community" to "smart community" to solve or/and mitigate the social problems caused by urbanization and economic transition. Firstly, this paper analyzes construction structure of smart community and wisdom applications have been penetrated to people all aspects of life, then the innovation applications which to special people life security service have strong demand are discussed, Finally, the application prospects of the smart community in city management and service are made.
