目的对复方太子参片的主要药效学进行观察,为该药的临床应用提供药效学实验依据.方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,观察其抗炎作用;通过小鼠氨水引咳实验,观察其镇咳作用;通过大鼠毛细管祛痰实验,观察其祛痰作用;通过磷酸组胺致豚鼠哮喘实验,观察其平喘作用.结果复方太子参片能降低二甲苯导致的小鼠耳廓肿胀程度,具有明显的抗炎作用;能显著抑制25%氨水诱发的小鼠咳嗽;能明显增加大鼠痰量的排出;能有效抑制磷酸组胺诱发的豚鼠哮喘.结论复方太子参片具有抗炎、止咳、祛痰、平喘作用.

Objective To observe the m ain pharm acodynam ics of com pound pseudostellaria heterophylla tablets so as to provide pharm acodynam ic basis for its clinical application.Methods Through dim ethylbenzene-caused m ice auricular sw elling experim ent to observe the anti-inflam m atory action,through m ice am m onia-caused coughing experim ent to observe the antitussive effect,through rat capillary rem oving phlegm experim ent to observe the phlegm rem oving effect,through histam ine diphosphate-caused guinea pig asthm a experim ent observe the relieving asthm a effect.Results C om pound pseudostellaria heterophylla tablets can reduce the sw elling degree of dim ethylbenzene-caused m ice auricular sw elling w ith clear anti-inflam m atory action,control 25% of am m onia-caused m ice coughing, clearly increase the discharge of rat phlegm am ount,and effectively restrain histam ine diphosphate-caused guinea pig asthm a.Conclusion C om pound pseudostellaria heterophylla tablets have the effects ofanti-inflam m ation,cough relieving,phlegm elim inating,and asthm a relieving.
