早产是指妊娠满28周至不满37足周(196~259 d)间分娩者.此时娩出的新生儿体质量1000~2499 g.早产是围产儿发病和死亡的主要原因之一.早产的发生源于分娩的过早发动,也就是源于子宫组织由静止期向激活期的过早转化.因此,早产的研究与分娩动因的研究密不可分.分娩动因的研究虽仍然有许多环节有待进一步探索,但是近几年来取得的成果是显著的,子宫如何维持静息状态及这种状态的失衡,是一个极其复杂的生理过程.人胎盘生乳素(HPL)是由胎盘合体滋养层细胞合成释放的蛋白激素,具有抑制母体对胎儿的排异作用,促蛋白、黄体生成.不仅是判断胎儿生长情况的指标,也是判断胎盘功能的指标.HPL可促蛋白及黄体生成、抑制母体对胎儿的排斥,可见其与早产有密切的关系.本文就HPL与早产的关系作一综述.

Prem ature delivery is a pregnancy to at least 28 w eeks to less than 37 com pleted w eeks(196 to 259 days).N eonates w eight w as betw een 1 000~2 499 g at this tim e.Perinatal m orbidity and m ortality,m ainly due to prem ature delivery.Prem ature delivery from the Parturition prem aturely launched,w hich is derived from uterine tissue from quiescent to the activation of the prem ature conver-sion.Therefore,prem ature delivery and childbirth m ove due to the research are inseparable.The study on the initial causes of labor is still under further exploration in m any links,nut the achievem ent in recent years is rem arkable.H ow uterus m aintains a quiescent condi-tion and its im balance is an extrem ely com plicated physiological process.H um an placental lactogen(H PL )is protein horm ones synthesized and released by placenta plasm oditrophoblast cells,w hich can restrain the m aternal rejection to em bryo and prom ote the generation of protein and corpus luteum .It is not only an indicator to judge the grow th situation of em bryo,but also an indicator to judge the placen-tal function.H PL can prom ote the generation of protein and corpus luteum ,restrain the m aternal rejection to em bryo,w hich show s that it is related to prem ature delivery.This paper sum m arizes the relation betw een H PL and prem ature delivery.
