目的分析O型血孕妇产前IgG抗A(B)效价与ABO新生儿溶血病的相关性.方法选取2009年3月-2013年1月收治的100例夫妇血型不合的O型血孕妇作为观察组,另外选取同期来我院体检的100例健康O型血孕妇作为对照组,比较两组孕妇的IgG抗A(B)效价与新生儿ABO 溶血病的相关性.结果观察组新生儿发生溶血病16例,溶血病发生率为16.00%,而对照组新生儿未发生溶血病,并且IgG抗A(B)效价越高溶血病发生率越高,ABO新生儿溶血病与抗A(B)效价呈现一定正比例关系.结论 O型血孕妇产前血清IgG抗A(B)抗体与ABO新生儿溶血病关系密切,测定各项数值有助于新生儿溶血病的预测.

Objective To analyze the relationship between for O-IgG of the serum of pregnant women with anti-A(B) and ABO hemolytic disease of newborn. Methods Elected in March 2009 to January 2013 treated 100 cases of couples blood type is type O blood of pregnant women as A group, in addition to select at the same time to the hospital physical examination of 100 cases of type O blood health pregnant women as control group, compared two groups of pregnant women of IgG anti-A(B) A resistant and the correlation of ABO hemolytic disease of newborn. Results Observation group of newborns in 16 cases of hemolytic disease, hemolytic disease incidence rate was 16.00%, whereas the control newborns hemolytic disease, not occurring and IgG titer(B) A resistance, the higher the incidence of hemolytic disease, ABO hemolytic disease of newborn and the resistance of A(B) must be direct ratio relation with the titer. Conclusions Type O blood kang A prenatal serum IgG antibody(B) with ABO hemolytic disease of newborn, is close to the determination of the numerical forecasting helps newborns hemolytic disease.
