目的比较左旋氨氯地平与非洛地平治疗原发性轻、中度高血压的疗效和安全性.方法选取126例轻、中度原发性高血压患者,采用随机、单盲和平行对照的方法分成两组,分别每日口服1次左旋氨氯地平5mg或非洛地平5mg,治疗4周,并用24h动态血压监测评价用药前后24h血压变化情况,观察两组的不良反应.结果两组治疗4周后血压明显下降(P<0.01),两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05).两药均能降低24h平均、白天平均及夜间平均血压.两组不良反应发生率均较低.结论左旋氨氯地平、非洛地平均能有效降低轻、中度高血压患者的血压,作用平稳、有效、安全.

@@@@Objective To compare the antihypertensive effect and safety of levamlodipine and filodipine in patients with essential hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were randomized to two groups in single-blind manner. One group was treated with levamlodipine 5mg/d, the other group with felodipine 5mg/day, for four weeks. Twenty-four hour ABP monitoring at baseline and post-treatment was used to evaluate the drug efficacy. And the adverse reactions between them were observed and recorded. Results After four weeks’ treatment, the blood pressure were significantly reduced in both groups (P<0.01) and there was no significant difference in two groups (P>0.05). levamlodipine and felodipine reduce 24h mean, daytime mean ambulatory blood pressure. The adverse reactions in two groups were mild. Conclusions Both amlodipine and filodipine are stable, effective and safe in the treatment of mild and moderate essential hypertension.
