目的探讨64层CT成像在膀胱癌诊断中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析208例经病理证实的膀胱癌患者的64层CT成像资料.结果64层CT成像对膀胱癌术前分期总准确率90.9%(189/208),对于局限于膀胱壁内癌灶(≤T2b期)分期准确率为89.0%(153/172),对于侵及膀胱外的癌灶(≥T3期)分期准确率为100%(36/36),淋巴结转移的诊断准确率为88.9%(8/9).结论64层CT成像对膀胱癌的诊断及术前分期具有重要价值,应作为膀胱癌首选的影像学检查方法之一.

@@@@Objective To explore the value of 64-slices spiral CT and 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma. Methods A total of 208 cases were diagnosed bladder carcinoma by pathology and the images performed by 64-slices CT and 3D reconstruction were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 208 cases, the accuracy of preoperative staging was 90.5%(189/208).The accuracy was 86.7%(153/172)for the tumors confined within the bladder wall(≤T2b), 100%(36/36) for the tumors invaded the tissues and organs beyond the bladder wall(≥T3), 88.9%(8/9) when lymph nodes were metastased.Conclusion 64-slices CT and 3D reconstruction is of great value in the diagnosis and preoperative staging of bladder carcinoma.It should be considered as one of the first imaging diagnostic methods for the clinical examination of bladder carcinoma.
