目的观察延续性护理模式用于老年痴呆患者的临床疗效,评价其实际应用价值.方法选择72例老年痴呆患者,随机分为观察组36例,采用延续性护理模式,以及对照组36例,采用传统护理模式,待患者病情稳定出院后6个月进行随访,采用简易智能量表(MMSE)及长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)进行评估.结果应用延续性护理模式的观察组住院时间明显较短,且随访MMSE及ADL量表得分改善显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论延续性护理模式效果确切,值得临床推广应用.

@@@@Objective To observe the clinical effect of continuous nursing mode on Alzheimer’s patients, and assess its practical application value. Method 72 Alzheimer’s patients were divided into two groups randomly. One was observation group with 36 cases who were treated in continuous nursing mode. Another was control group with 36 cases who were treated in conventional mood. Follow-up was made after patients left hospital for six months. Mini-Mentalstate Examination (MMSE) and Hasegawa Dementia Scale (HDS) were used to make assessment. Result Observation group using continuous nursing mode spent short time for hospital stays. And, its follow-up MMSE and ADL scores were obviously higher than those of control group. The difference between two groups had statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing mode has significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
