目的为了研究盐酸氨溴索注射液用于辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的治疗效果.方法选取2009年6月至2011年6月我院收治的80例患有支气管肺炎的小儿的临床资料进行分析,将选取的80例患儿随机均分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采取止咳、平喘、抗感染、维持水电解质平衡等常规治疗方法,治疗组不仅接受常规治疗还给予了盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助治疗的措施,观察并记录两组患儿肺炎相关症状以及体征的变化.结果治疗组经治疗后,31例显效,7例有效,显效率占77.5%,总有效率占95.0%.对照组经治疗后,23例显效,6例有效,显效率占57.5%,总有效率占72.5%.结论盐酸氨溴索注射液用于辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎,效果显著,值得临床的推广、重视及应用.

Objective To study the ambroxol hydrochloride injection used in assisted treatment of childen bronchial pneumonia curative effect. Methods From 2009 June to 2011 year in June the hospital treated 80 patients suffering from bronchial pneumonia in children with clinical data analysis, will select 80 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group adopted the antitussive, antiasthmatic, resistance to infection, maintaining water and electrolyte balance and other conventional treatment methods, treatment group only received routine treatment is also given of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in adjuvant treatment of measure, observe and record the two groups of children with pneumonia related symptoms and signs of change. Results The treatment group after treatment, 31 cases, 7 cases of effective, effective rate accounted for 77.5%, the total efficiency of 95%. The control group after treatment, 23 cases, 6 cases of effective, effective rate accounted for 57.5%, the total efficiency of 72.5%. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride injection in adjuvant treatment of children bronchial pneumonia, significant effect, is worth the clinical promoted, attention and application.
