城市社区旅游是继乡村社区、古村落社区旅游之后的又一社区旅游形式.城市社区旅游突破了以往局限于风景区、度假区的旅游观念,是拓宽到城市各个社区之中的一种旅游理念.作为一种新型城市旅游产品,城市社区旅游是中国城市提升城市旅游竞争力的一条重要战略路径.以城市社区为探讨对象,从旅游者、城市旅游可持续发展、社区建设三方面分析了发展城市社区旅游的必要性,从地脉要素、文脉要素、人脉要素、文化主题性要素,分析了发展城市社区旅游的资源条件,并浅析了发展城市社区旅游的制约因素,最后提出了城市社区旅游发展的三种模式和发展城市社区旅游的具体对策.
