以粉煤灰纤维为基材,分别采用水玻璃、聚乙烯醇、水玻璃/聚乙烯醇混合胶为粘结剂,通过水相分散稀释上胶再网滤定型的方法制备粉煤灰纤维板,探讨了粉煤灰纤维用量、粘结剂种类和用量等对粉煤灰纤维板力学性能和吸湿率的影响.
以粉煤灰纖維為基材,分彆採用水玻璃、聚乙烯醇、水玻璃/聚乙烯醇混閤膠為粘結劑,通過水相分散稀釋上膠再網濾定型的方法製備粉煤灰纖維闆,探討瞭粉煤灰纖維用量、粘結劑種類和用量等對粉煤灰纖維闆力學性能和吸濕率的影響.

Fly ash fiber boards were prepared by a wet process using fly ash fibers as substrate and water glass, polyvinyl alcohol and the combination of water glass and polyvinyl alcohol as adhesive respectively. Some key factors influencing on the mechanical properties and moisture ratio of fly ash fiber boards, such as the dosages of fly ash fibers and the types and dosages of adhesives were investigated comprehensively.
