以天然膨润土作为载体,分别采用酸、碱、铝盐、羟基铝柱撑、热活化等物理化学改性方法对其改性,并综合分析其净化含磷废水的处理效果,改性后膨润土比表面积增加,其活性吸附点和吸附位也大幅增多,进而提高了其表面吸附能力.改性后膨润土吸附净化能力由强至弱依次为:羟基铝柱撑膨润土、铝盐改性膨润土、热改性膨润土、酸改性膨润土、碱改性膨润土;羟基铝柱撑膨润土最佳改性条件为保持OH-与Al3+质量比2.2,搅拌静置后去除上清液,残留物洗净后烘干,其净化含磷废水的最佳试验条件为:在pH值为6的废水溶液中投入3 g改性膨润土,恒温振荡吸附60 min,此时废水中磷去除率可达95.2%.

The natural bentonite was chosen as the carrier, the physical and chemical modification methods just as acid, alkali, aluminum salt, hydroxy aluminium column brace bentonite and thermal methods were chosen for its modification respectively, then comprehensive experimental effect analysis of phosphorus wastewater purified by modified bentonite was studied. The modified bentonite have raised specific surface, its activated adsorption point and adsorption potential increase significantly, therefore the surface adsorption capacity of modified bentonite improves much more. The adsorption purification capacity of modified bentonite is as follows:hydroxy aluminium column brace bentonite is the strongest, then the less are alumina modification, heat modification, acid modification and the least is alkali modification. The best modification conditions of hydroxy aluminium column brace bentonite is that the mass ratio of OH-and Al3+is 2.2, remove supernatant fluid after standing for a moment, wash the residue and make it dried. The best conditions for hydroxy aluminium column brace bentonite wipe off phosphorus is just as follows:in the solution whose pH value is 6, input 3 g modified bentonite, make oscillation adsorption for 60 min at the constant temperature, the remove rate of phosphorus in the wastewater can be 95.2%.
