Subcute gastric ulcer model%Nitric oxide (NO)%Superoxide dismutase (SOD)
目的 研究柴胡复方水提物对大鼠亚急性胃溃疡的治疗作用. 方法 大鼠胃浆膜层注射乙酸复制亚急性胃溃疡模型,然后进行实验分组,分别灌胃配给高、低剂量柴胡复方水提物进行治疗,同时以灌注生理盐水组和胃溃疡药Stillen治疗组为对照,通过比较各组间溃疡愈合率、血清中一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性水平以及观察胃组织形态学的改变,探讨该复方中药对实验性亚急性胃溃疡损伤的保护作用. 结果 阳性药物Stillen组(100 mg/kg)、柴胡复方水提物低剂量(100 mg/kg)和高剂量组(200mg/kg),溃疡面积明显低于溃疡模型组(P<0.01),溃疡愈合率分别为93.5%、40%和92.9%,血清SOD较模型组显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,阳性药物和柴胡复方水提物低剂量组血清NO增加(P<0.01);胃组织病理形态学观察,模型组胃黏膜脱落坏死,大量炎性细胞浸润,阳性药物组和柴胡复方高低剂量组胃组织病变有明显改善. 结论 柴胡复方水提物对大鼠亚急性胃溃疡模型有明显的治疗作用.
目的 研究柴鬍複方水提物對大鼠亞急性胃潰瘍的治療作用. 方法 大鼠胃漿膜層註射乙痠複製亞急性胃潰瘍模型,然後進行實驗分組,分彆灌胃配給高、低劑量柴鬍複方水提物進行治療,同時以灌註生理鹽水組和胃潰瘍藥Stillen治療組為對照,通過比較各組間潰瘍愈閤率、血清中一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性水平以及觀察胃組織形態學的改變,探討該複方中藥對實驗性亞急性胃潰瘍損傷的保護作用. 結果 暘性藥物Stillen組(100 mg/kg)、柴鬍複方水提物低劑量(100 mg/kg)和高劑量組(200mg/kg),潰瘍麵積明顯低于潰瘍模型組(P<0.01),潰瘍愈閤率分彆為93.5%、40%和92.9%,血清SOD較模型組顯著升高(P<0.01);與模型組比較,暘性藥物和柴鬍複方水提物低劑量組血清NO增加(P<0.01);胃組織病理形態學觀察,模型組胃黏膜脫落壞死,大量炎性細胞浸潤,暘性藥物組和柴鬍複方高低劑量組胃組織病變有明顯改善. 結論 柴鬍複方水提物對大鼠亞急性胃潰瘍模型有明顯的治療作用.
목적 연구시호복방수제물대대서아급성위궤양적치료작용. 방법 대서위장막층주사을산복제아급성위궤양모형,연후진행실험분조,분별관위배급고、저제량시호복방수제물진행치료,동시이관주생리염수조화위궤양약Stillen치료조위대조,통과비교각조간궤양유합솔、혈청중일양화담(NO)、초양화물기화매(SOD)활성수평이급관찰위조직형태학적개변,탐토해복방중약대실험성아급성위궤양손상적보호작용. 결과 양성약물Stillen조(100 mg/kg)、시호복방수제물저제량(100 mg/kg)화고제량조(200mg/kg),궤양면적명현저우궤양모형조(P<0.01),궤양유합솔분별위93.5%、40%화92.9%,혈청SOD교모형조현저승고(P<0.01);여모형조비교,양성약물화시호복방수제물저제량조혈청NO증가(P<0.01);위조직병리형태학관찰,모형조위점막탈락배사,대량염성세포침윤,양성약물조화시호복방고저제량조위조직병변유명현개선. 결론 시호복방수제물대대서아급성위궤양모형유명현적치료작용.
@@@@ Objective To study effects of radix bupleuri compound water extraction on prevention in rats with subacute gastric ulcer. Methods The model of subacute gastric ulcer was established by acetic acid to observe effects of radix bupleuri compound water extraction on therapeutical effect in rats with subacute gastric ulcer. The ulcer areas and healing ratio of ulcer were measured. The slices of gastric tissues were observed after HE staining. Nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum were measured by nitric oxide reductase assay and xanthine oxidase assay. Results In Stillen group (100 mg/kg), low dose of radix bupleuri compound water extraction group (100 mg/kg) and high dose group (200 mg/kg), the ulcer areas were decreased compared with those in model group (P<0.01). The ulcer inhibition ratios were 93.5%、40%and 92.9%, and the activities of SOD in serum were increased in drug-administrated groups (P<0.01). The content of NO of serum in radix bupleuri compound water extraction groups were increased compared with those in model group (P<0.05). In model group, deciduous and necrotic gastric mucosas with inflammatory cells infiltration were observed. Morphological changes were improved in drugs-administrated groups. Conclusion Radix bupleuri compound water extraction can be a therapeutical effect on the rats with subacute gastric ulcer.
