@@@@The quality project construction of higher education is the core task of the reform and development of higher education of our country in the new period ,this paper advanced the concept and methods of six Sigma ,the double-layer structure model of quality management in colleges and universities was put forward ,and the detailed description of the methods and steps of quality project in colleges and universities leading into six Sigma were discussed ,approaches to implementation of six Sigma in quality project construction were also illustrated.
