以河北省山区县侵蚀劣地美化治理为试点,应用遥感技术研究山区侵蚀劣地的成因、分布规律和美化治理格局,依据水利学、土壤侵蚀原理设计应用了防渗淤地坝建设技术、移动式设备引洪淤灌技术、径流调控等技术,形成一个完善的山区径流调控利用体系,生态环境得到明显改善,推动了山区特色产业发展.

The beautification and management of Hebei mountain eroded inferior lands as the pilot, the remote sensing technology is applied to research the cause、 regularities of distribution and pattern of beautification and management of the mountain eroded inferior lands. Designing and applying the technologies of anti-seepage warping dam construction、 flood diversion by mobile unit for irrigation and warping、runoff regulation according the hydraulics and soil erosion theory, forming a perfect montanic runoff regulation and utilization system, the ecological environment is improved obviously and promoting the development of mantanic characteristic industry.
