介绍了国内外对污水处理厂温室气体减排方面的研究现状,指出了存在的问题.将污水处理厂温室气体的排放分为间接排放、其他间接排放和直接排放3个方面,对每部分的排放分别提出计算因子,并构建评价体系对温室气体的排放进行了量化,最后提出了污水处理厂节能减排的技术措施.

This thesis introduces the research status and pointes out the existing problems about greenhouse gases emis-sions of the wastewater treatment plants in the domestic and abroad. The greenhouse gases emissions of the wastewater treatment plants are divided into three aspects of indirect emissions ,other indirect emissions and direct emissions, the dis-count factor of each part is putting forward, and building evaluation system to quantify greenhouse gas emissions. At last putting forward the energy saving and consumption reduction measures of the wastewater treatment plants.
