Deflection inclination is happened in the 1# column of access bridge in Xiyanghe reservoir irrigation hole. Ac-cording to the site inspection and calculation analysis, ice pressure was resulted, project measures and management mea-sures are adopted in the reset of 1# column. After several years of operating, reset inclination are not found, the methods of processing are well done.
