高职院校模具专业人才培养模式中的课程体系必然是基于模具行业和专业特色的课程体系,必须是基于工作过程系统化的课程体系.基于工作过程系统化的课程体系开发必然遵循岗位(群)调研分析(含职业成长阶段分析)、工作任务分解、行动领域归纳、学习领域转换这一流程.以黑龙江农业经济职业学院模具设计与制造专业课程体系开发为例,研究高职院校中工作过程系统化人才培养模式课程体系的构建.
