上海“十二五”规划,对浦东的定位是建设“四个中心”核心功能区、战略性新兴产业主导区、国家改革示范区.围绕这些目标,浦东将按照“创新驱动、转型发展”的要求,在更大的范围内优化生产力布局,在更高的水平上推进转型发展功能提升,在更深的层次上推进产城融合,加快推动浦东二次跨越.

@@@@The “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” of Shanghai has set the task for Pudong New Area, which is to become the core area in Shanghai’s strategy of building itself into four international centers(namely international economy, finance, shipping and trade center), a leading area of strategic emerging industries and a national demo zone of reforms. To achieve these goals, while sticking to the principle of “Development driven by innovation and bolstered by economic restructuring and transformation”, Pudong will optimize industrial layout in a more comprehensive way, facilitate economic restructuring and transformation at a higher level, and promote the integration of industry and urbanism to a more thorough extent, so as to expedite the second historic leap-forward development of Pudong.
