Using the database of ISI Web of Science as information origins, combination the quantitative analysis method with information visualization technology as the whole method, this article made a detailed visual analysis of the literatures which topics was in international university library by means of CiteSpaceII analysis software, and discussed the distributing situation of the national institution and representative journals about the university library, and confirmed the research edge and trend of international research on university library by detecting subject headings whose word frequency fluctuation was significant.
