通过十多年的努力,我国初步建立了药品分类管理制度,但现阶段该制度的实施存在着一定的问题,这与零售药店实施该制度的态度有着密切的联系.笔者采用激励理论分析了相关问题产生的原因,认为解决此类问题,需要加强行政指导,并提高不良行为的违法成本.
