对开裂的锅炉用水冷管进行了化学成份、金相组织分析,最终检验结果表明开裂原因主要因为冷却循环水产生大量水垢,导致水冷管冷却效果不佳,局部温度增加,强度降低,最终在工作压力下导致了开裂.

A comprehensive analysis which is based on chemical composition,microstructure was made on the cracking of the water-cooled tube ,the result showed that the cracking of water-cooled tube was mainly caused by the local overheating ,which was caused by the water scale.
