利用V型带或平皮带对套装好钢筋笼的防腐管道进行传送时,由于钢筋笼和支撑块直接承受管道重量,可能导致支撑块或钢筋笼产生变形.本文针对以上问题,对采用V型带或平皮带传送已套装钢筋笼的防腐管道的方案进行了仿真分析研究,得出完成钢筋笼套装的防腐管道直接置于V型带或平皮带上进行传送时,会导致支撑块或钢筋笼的严重变形,从而为套装钢筋笼工艺过程的实现提拱理论支撑与指导.
