目的:探讨双侧上尿路结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭的诊断与治疗效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据.方法:本院收治的56例双侧上尿路结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,按照治疗的方法的不同分为观察组(30例)与对照组(26例),对照组给予常规开放式手术进行治疗,观察组患者给予气压弹道碎石手术进行治疗.结果:经过治疗,两组患者在肾功能正常率、住院时间以及复发率方面比较差异均有显著性(P均<0.05),观察组优于对照组.结论:对于阳性结石患者只需做KUB检查就可以确诊,对于阴性结石患者由于B超可以在结石、肾形态上做出准确判断.

@@@@Objective:To study the diagnostic and therapeutic effect of the double side of obstruction of urinary stones complicated with acute renal failure and to provide a clinical reference basis.Methods:56 cases of patients in our hospital were selected for the obstruction of urinary stones complicated with acute renal failure of clinical material, according to the treatment of difference , they are divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (26 cases), the control group were given conventional open surgery treatment, ande the observation group patients were given air pressure ballistic crushed stone surgery treatment.Results:The rate of nomal renal function , the length of stay in hospitaland the recurrence rates of the two groups have statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:For positive calculi, patients need to do KUB inspection , this can diagnose, for negative calculi patients because B to exceed the stones, renal form can make accurate judgment.
