目的:探讨老年急性阑尾炎在急诊诊断的临床体会.方法:回顾性分析2007年9月~2010年11月在急诊诊断的95例老年急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料.结果:单纯性阑尾炎15例,化脓性阑尾炎28例,坏疽性阑尾炎45例,采取手术治疗88例,保守治疗7例.结论:详细询问病史、既往史、仔细查体、参考辅助检查、结合老年人的生理和病理、临床特点是在急诊确诊老年急性阑尾炎的关键.

@@@@Objective: To investigate the clinical experience of diagnosis of elderly patients with acute appendicitis in the emergency. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of September 2007 to November 2010 in the emergency diagnosis of 95 cases of elderly patients with acute appendicitis patients. Results:15 patients with simple appendicitis, suppurative appendicitis in 28 cases, 45 cases of gangrenous appendicitis, 88 cases taken to surgery, conservative treatment in 7 cases. Conclusion:The key in the emergency diagnosis of elderly patients with acute appendicitis are the detailed history, past history, careful physical examination, reference laboratory examinations, combined with physiology and pathology of the elderly, clinical features.
