目的:分析新生儿早产相关的疾病因素和社会因素.方法:回顾性分析5437例产妇,494例早产儿病例的临床资料,筛选早产相关的疾病因素和社会因素.结果:引起早产的相关疾病因素中依次为胎膜早破(49.5%)、妊高征(17.6%)、胎儿窘迫综合症(14.0%)、前置胎盘(11.5%)和多胎妊娠(6.8%).胎膜早破、妊高征和前置胎盘多见于阴道分娩方式,明显高于剖宫产(P<0.05);负性事件、经济收入低和职业是早产的独立危险因素,产前检查是保护因素,其OR值分别为4.43、2.37、2.28和0.47.结论:针对新生儿早产相关的疾病因素和社会因素,采取相应预防措施可有效降低早产的发生率.

@@@@Objective:To analysis the diseases factors and social factors related with preterm neonate.Methods:The clinical data 5 437 cases of maternal, 494 cases of premature infants were retrospective analyzed, and the diseases and social factors related with preterm neonate were selected.Results:The diseases factors related with preterm neonate was the membranes (49.5%), pregnancy-induced hypertension (17.6%), fetal distress syndrome(14%),placenta previa(11.5%) and multiple pregnancy(6.8%). Premature rupture of membranes, pregnancy-induced hypertension and placenta previa in vaginal delivery was significantly higher than that of cesarean section (P<0.05). Negative events, low income and occupation were independent risk factors for preterm delivery, antenatal examination was a protective factor, the values of OR were 4.43, 2.37, 2.28 and 0.47.Conclusion:In the light of disease factors and social factors related with preterm neonate, we coluld effectively reduce the incidence of preterm birth through take the corresponding preventive measures.
