目的:分析采用普米克令舒联合微波治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效.方法:选择急性喉炎患儿74例,随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组采取常规治疗及普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用微波理疗.治疗前及经治疗后分别检查两组患儿恢复时间、不良反应观察及用药天数并进行疗效判定.结果:观察组治疗后声音嘶哑、犬吠样咳嗽、喉鸣音等症状消失的时间较对照组均有显著性缩短(P<0.05),观察组三凹征消失时间较对照组有极显著性缩短(P<0.01),观察组治疗后显效22例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为94.7%,较对照组有显著的提高(P<0.05);观察组普米克令舒用药时间较对照组显著缩短.结论:普米克令舒联合微波治疗小儿急性喉炎可缩短用药时间及用药量,并显著改善临床症状.

@@@@Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of using of pulmicort respules joint microwave treatment for children with acute laryngitis.Methods:74 children with acute laryngitis were randomly divided into control group and the observation group. Control group took the conventional treatment and pulmicort inhalation therapy, based on that the treatment group took the microwave therapy .The recovery time of two groups of patients, the adverse reactions observed and medication days before treatment and after treatment were carried out to determine the efficacy.Results:After treatment hoarseness, barking cough, throat beep symptoms in observation group disappeared compared with the control group (P<0.05), three depressions sign disappeared in the observation group than in the control group was significant shortened (P<0.01),After treatment, 22 cases markedly effective in 14 cases, the total effective rate of 94.7%, had significant increase (P<0.05) than the control group;Pulmicort medication time of observation group significantly shortened compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmicort Respules combined with microwave treatment can shorten the treatment time and dosage, and significantly improve the clinical symptoms for children with acute laryngitis.
