目的:探讨中西医结合治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效.方法:将我院60例股骨转子间骨折患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例.两组均采用牵引或手术的方式进行治疗,实验组术后继续进行中医治疗.结果:术后半年内随访,实验组疗效显著优于对比组((P<0.01);实验组患者术后并发症相比对照组较低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗在股骨转子间骨折中有良好的疗效,术后并发症较少.
목적:탐토중서의결합치료고골전자간골절적료효.방법:장아원60례고골전자간골절환자분위실험조화대조조,매조각30례.량조균채용견인혹수술적방식진행치료,실험조술후계속진행중의치료.결과:술후반년내수방,실험조료효현저우우대비조((P<0.01);실험조환자술후병발증상비대조조교저,차이구유현저성(P<0.05).결론:중서의결합치료재고골전자간골절중유량호적료효,술후병발증교소.
@@@@Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods: 60 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients were divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 30 cases of patients. The two groups were all treated with traction and operation, the experimental group were treated with Chinese medicine continuously after operation.Results:Those patients had been followed up for six months after operation, the curative effect of experimental group was significantly superior to that of the control group ((P< 0.01); The incidence rate of postoperative complications of the experiment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine has good curative effect in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures, it has less postoperative complications.
