目的:观察鲑鱼降钙素对维持性血液透析患者血压的影响.方法:选择长期维持血液透析慢性肾衰患者120例,按抽签方式随机分为对照组和治疗组,各60例,对照组按常规给予治疗药物,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用鲑鱼降钙素注射液,观察治疗前后血压、血iPTH水平的变化.结果:与对照组比较,治疗组舒张压、收缩压、血iPTH水平均显著下降(P<0.05),血压达标率显著提高(x2=4.48,P=0.034).结论:维持性血液透析患者应用鲑鱼降钙素能降低血iPTH水平,有助于血压的控制.
目的:觀察鮭魚降鈣素對維持性血液透析患者血壓的影響.方法:選擇長期維持血液透析慢性腎衰患者120例,按抽籤方式隨機分為對照組和治療組,各60例,對照組按常規給予治療藥物,治療組在對照組治療基礎上應用鮭魚降鈣素註射液,觀察治療前後血壓、血iPTH水平的變化.結果:與對照組比較,治療組舒張壓、收縮壓、血iPTH水平均顯著下降(P<0.05),血壓達標率顯著提高(x2=4.48,P=0.034).結論:維持性血液透析患者應用鮭魚降鈣素能降低血iPTH水平,有助于血壓的控製.
목적:관찰해어강개소대유지성혈액투석환자혈압적영향.방법:선택장기유지혈액투석만성신쇠환자120례,안추첨방식수궤분위대조조화치료조,각60례,대조조안상규급여치료약물,치료조재대조조치료기출상응용해어강개소주사액,관찰치료전후혈압、혈iPTH수평적변화.결과:여대조조비교,치료조서장압、수축압、혈iPTH수평균현저하강(P<0.05),혈압체표솔현저제고(x2=4.48,P=0.034).결론:유지성혈액투석환자응용해어강개소능강저혈iPTH수평,유조우혈압적공제.
@@@@Objective:To observe the effect of salmon calcitonin on blood pressure in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods:120 patients having long-term maintenance hemodialysis along with chronic renal failure were selected, and they were randomly divided into a control group (n=60) and a treatment group (n=60) by sortition. Patients in control group were treated according to conventional treatment drug. Based on the treatment in control group, salmon calcitonin injections were applied in the patients of treatment group.The changes of blood pressure and iPTH levels were observed before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and iPTH levels were significantly decreased in the treatment group (P<0.05), the rate of reaching the standard in blood pressure was significantly increased (x2=4.48,P=0.034).Conclusion:The application of salmon calcitonin in maintenance hemodialysis patients can lower iPTH levels in blood and help to control blood pressure.
