目的:探讨VEST气道清除系统对脑卒中患者排痰效果研究.方法:将80例脑卒中合并排痰不畅患者随机分为实验组40例和对照组40例,两组均使用药物祛痰治疗+氧气雾化吸入治疗7天,实验组使用VEST气道清除系统治疗仪排痰,对照组使用胸部叩击疗法排痰.结果:肺功能检测指标中小气道阻力(MMF)实验组与对照组比较具有统计学意义(p<0.05),而大气道阻力(MVV)、慢肺活量(SVC)、用力呼气肺活量(FVC)与对照组比较无统计学意义(p>0.05),排痰量:实验组与对照组比较具有统计学意(p<0.05).结论:VEST气道清除系统能降低小气道阻力、改善肺功能;有效清除粘液,预防肺部感染,防止脑组织进一步损害.

@@@@Objective:To study the VEST airway clear system for patients with cerebral apoplexy productive effect research. Methods:80 patients with stroke merger exhaust phlegm stagnation were randomly divided into experimental group 40 patients and 40 cases in control group,two groups of all drug use eliminating phlegm treatment+oxygen atomization inhalation in the treatment of 7 day,the experimental use VEST airway clear system therapeutic apparatus productive,control group using chest rap therapy exhaust phlegm.Results:The pulmonary function test index medium and small airway resistance (MMF) experimental group and control group compared with the statistical significance(p<0.05),and the atmospheric way resistance (MVV),slow vital capacity (SVC),the forced expiratory vital capacity (FVC) comparing with control group no statistical significance (p>0.05);Productive quantity compared with the control group with statistical significance (p<0.05).Conclusion:VEST airway clear system can reduce small airway resistance,improve lung function;Effectively remove mucus,the prevention of lung infection, brain tissue to prevent further damage.
