目的:建立芪术茯苓胶囊的制备方法及临床应用.方法:采用部分药材粉碎加水提取物混合制粒填充胶囊;质量控制用显微鉴别和薄层色谱法对本品中成分鉴别,用水溶性浸出物测定法项下的热浸法测定浸出物;临床观察120例病人.结果:制备方法简单易操作;鉴别斑点清晰,无干扰,浸出物不少于20%;临床观察有效率83.3%.结论:本品所建立制备方法简单易行;质量控制可靠、准确、专属性强,可有效控制芪术茯苓胶囊的质量;临床观察疗效确切.

Objective:To establish preparation method and clinical application of Qizhu Fuling capsule. Methods:The herbs were crushed to pieces, extracted with water and filled into capsules. The quality control was taken by microscopic identification and thin-layer chromatography in ingredients identification, and hot-dip method for the determination of the water-soluble extract assay. 120 patients were clinically investigated. Results:The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, with clear identify spots and without interference, extract no less than 20%. The clinical observation is 83.3%. Conclusion:This product created the preparation method is simple;quality control and reliable, accurate, specific, and can effectively control the quality of the Qizhu Fuling capsule;efficacy of clinical observation.
