目的:探讨活血通便汤治疗屈曲型腰椎压缩骨折早期并腹胀、便秘的临床效果.方法:52例患者给予一般治疗结合自拟活血通便汤.结果:除4例未接受中药治疗外,剩余所有病例服药后均有效,其中治愈31例,显效15例,好转2例.结论:活血通便汤在治疗屈曲胸腰椎压缩骨折早期并腹胀、便秘疗效肯定,值得提倡和推广.
목적:탐토활혈통편탕치료굴곡형요추압축골절조기병복창、편비적림상효과.방법:52례환자급여일반치료결합자의활혈통편탕.결과:제4례미접수중약치료외,잉여소유병례복약후균유효,기중치유31례,현효15례,호전2례.결론:활혈통편탕재치료굴곡흉요추압축골절조기병복창、편비료효긍정,치득제창화추엄.
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huoxue Tongbian decoction on treating early early compression fracture by crooked lumbar combined with abdominal distension and constipation. Methods: 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups, in each group. The control group was given, while the treated group was given common treatment combined with self-made Huoxue Tongbian decoction. Results:The treatment was effective to all the patients, except 4 patients rejecting TCM treatment. 31 cases were cured, 15 cases were significantly effective and 2 cases were improved. Conclusion: Huoxue Tongbian decoction was significantly effective on treating early early compression fracture by crooked lumbar combined with abdominal distension and constipation, worthy of a wide application.
