目的:探讨点穴疗法对缺血性脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者的运动功能恢复及MBI的影响.方法:将60例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合点穴治疗,比较两组患者的肢体运动功能和MBI评分.结果:治疗组的总有效率及MBI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:点穴治疗对缺血性脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者的肢体功能恢复、缺血灶修复及MBI的改善均明显优于单纯药物治疗.

목적:탐토점혈요법대결혈성뇌졸중후지체공능장애환자적운동공능회복급MBI적영향.방법:장60례결혈성뇌졸중환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,량조균채용상규약물치료,치료조재차기출상배합점혈치료,비교량조환자적지체운동공능화MBI평분.결과:치료조적총유효솔급MBI평분균우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:점혈치료대결혈성뇌졸중후지체공능장애환자적지체공능회복、결혈조수복급MBI적개선균명현우우단순약물치료.
@@@@Objective:To investigate the effects of MBI and motor functional recovery of limbs dysfunction after ischemic cerebral stroke with the treatment of acupoint therapy. Methods:60 cases of patients with ischemic cerebral stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups both adopted conventional therapy, based on which treatment group added with acupoint therapy, to compare limbs motor function and MBI scores of the two groups. Results:The total efficiency and MBI scores of treatment group were both better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:With the treatment of acupoint treatment, the limbs functional recovery, focal ischemia repair and improvement of MBI among pa-tients with limbs dysfunction after ischemic cerebral stroke are all significantly superior to those with simple medication.
