目的:探讨锁定加压接骨板(LCP)治疗老年性骨质疏松桡骨远端骨折的疗效.方法:32例老年性骨质疏松桡骨远端骨折患者均予掌侧入路植入LCP内固定术,并配合早期活动.结果:优23例,良7例,可2例,优良率93.8%;DR片显示骨折全部I期愈合,所有病例均无出现并发症.结论:采用切开复位、LCP内固定治疗老年性骨质疏松桡骨远端骨折疗效显著.
目的:探討鎖定加壓接骨闆(LCP)治療老年性骨質疏鬆橈骨遠耑骨摺的療效.方法:32例老年性骨質疏鬆橈骨遠耑骨摺患者均予掌側入路植入LCP內固定術,併配閤早期活動.結果:優23例,良7例,可2例,優良率93.8%;DR片顯示骨摺全部I期愈閤,所有病例均無齣現併髮癥.結論:採用切開複位、LCP內固定治療老年性骨質疏鬆橈骨遠耑骨摺療效顯著.
목적:탐토쇄정가압접골판(LCP)치료노년성골질소송뇨골원단골절적료효.방법:32례노년성골질소송뇨골원단골절환자균여장측입로식입LCP내고정술,병배합조기활동.결과:우23례,량7례,가2례,우량솔93.8%;DR편현시골절전부I기유합,소유병례균무출현병발증.결론:채용절개복위、LCP내고정치료노년성골질소송뇨골원단골절료효현저.
@@@@Objective: To investigate the curative effects of locking compression plate (LCP) treating senile osteoporotic fracture of distal radius. Methods:32 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures of distal radius were all given LCP internal fixation of volar implantation, and com-plied with early activities. Results:There was excellent in 23 cases, good in 7 cases and medium in 2 cases, the excellent rate was 93.8%;DR films showed all fractures stage I healed, all cases with no complications. Conclusion:Efficacy of open reduction and LCP internal fixation treating senile osteoporotic fracture of distal radius is outstanding.
