目的:建立柴芍丸的质量控制方法.方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中所含的柴胡、赤芍、栀子、丹参进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定方中芍药苷的含量.结果:薄层色谱法斑点清晰、分离度好,且阴性对照无干扰;芍药苷在0.1039~0.6234μg范围内与其峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.999971,平均回收率为97.18%,RSD=1.38%(n=6).结论:该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为柴芍丸的质量控制方法.

@@@@Objective:To establish a method for quality control of chaishao pill. Methods:Thin-layer chromatography was used to qualitatively distin-guish radix bupleuri, radix paeoniae rubrathe, fructus gardenia and the root of red-rooted salvia;high performance liquid chromatography was used to test the paeoniflorin content. Results: Spots of thin-layer chromatography were clear and well separated, without interference of negative control;there was a nice linear relation, r=0.999971, between paeoniflorin ranging from 0.1039 to 0.6234 μg and its peak area, the average recovery was 97.18%, RSD=1.38%(n=6). Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid and well reproducible, which can be used as a method for quality control of chaishao pill.
