目的:探讨使用辛伐他汀治疗血脂异常改善急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的治疗效果.方法:将74例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组使用辛伐他汀治疗,对照组使用洛伐他汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果:两组患者血脂指标均有所下降,但试验组幅度更大(P<0.05);三大常规、肝肾功能等检查无明显改变(P>0.05).结论:辛伐他汀治疗ACS合并血脂异常患者疗效显著,能够有效降低患者的血脂值,改善患者病情.
목적:탐토사용신벌타정치료혈지이상개선급성관상동맥종합정(ACS)적치료효과.방법:장74례환자수궤분위시험조화대조조,시험조사용신벌타정치료,대조조사용락벌타정치료,비교량조림상료효.결과:량조환자혈지지표균유소하강,단시험조폭도경대(P<0.05);삼대상규、간신공능등검사무명현개변(P>0.05).결론:신벌타정치료ACS합병혈지이상환자료효현저,능구유효강저환자적혈지치,개선환자병정.
@@@@Objective:To investigate the efficacy of treating dyslipidemia and improving acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with simvastatin. Methods:Divided 74 cases of patients into test group and control group, the test group treated by simvastatin, while the control group by lovastatin, and com-pared the efficacy of two groups. Results:The lipid levels of two groups of patients had both declined, but the magnitude of test group was greater (P<0.05); the tests of three routine, liver and kidney function had no significantly changed (P>0.05). Conclusion: It has a significant efficacy that treating patients with ACS and dyslipidemia by simvastatin, it can effectively reduce the lipid values and improve the patient’s condition.
