通过对漏芦挥发油中化学成分分析比较研究,为漏芦的开发利用提供依据.采用同时蒸馏-萃取法提取漏芦中的挥发油,并以气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对挥发油中的化合物进行分析鉴定.共鉴定出30个化合物,占其化学成分总含量的80.57%.漏芦挥发油中主要化学成分为萜类化合物.
通過對漏蘆揮髮油中化學成分分析比較研究,為漏蘆的開髮利用提供依據.採用同時蒸餾-萃取法提取漏蘆中的揮髮油,併以氣相色譜-質譜聯用法(GC-MS)對揮髮油中的化閤物進行分析鑒定.共鑒定齣30箇化閤物,佔其化學成分總含量的80.57%.漏蘆揮髮油中主要化學成分為萜類化閤物.

This paper provides the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the essential oils of Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.)DC.The components of the essential oil and simultaneous distillation extract from Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.)DC is analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and quantita-tively determined with normalization method.The results show that 30 compounds are identified in essential oil , which accounts for 80.57% of the Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.)DC.The main compounds of Rhaponticum uni-florum (L.)DC.belong to terpenoids.
