Lead chrome green%ICP-AES%Wet digestion
采用湿法消解处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对茶叶中铅铬绿(即重金属铅和铬2种元素)进行分析.对样品前处理方法进行了研究,从消解体系、酸用量、加热程序等方面对湿法消解条件进行了优化.结果表明:在优化实验条件下,方法检出限为0.01583~0.02715 mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为2.12%~3.07%,加标回收率为91.9%~106%.该方法具有操作简便,快速,灵敏度高和准确度好等优点.
採用濕法消解處理樣品,運用電感耦閤等離子體原子髮射光譜法對茶葉中鉛鉻綠(即重金屬鉛和鉻2種元素)進行分析.對樣品前處理方法進行瞭研究,從消解體繫、痠用量、加熱程序等方麵對濕法消解條件進行瞭優化.結果錶明:在優化實驗條件下,方法檢齣限為0.01583~0.02715 mg/L,相對標準偏差(RSD,n=6)為2.12%~3.07%,加標迴收率為91.9%~106%.該方法具有操作簡便,快速,靈敏度高和準確度好等優點.

The Lead Chrome Green (two heavy metal elements of lead and chromium ) in the tea by wet diges-tion are detected by inductive coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).The wet digestion condition is optimized from digestion system ,proportion of acids and heating procedure .The results show that the method of detection limit is in the range of 0.015 83~0.027 15 mg/L,with the relative standard deviations (RSD,n=6) of 2.12%~3.07%,and the recoveries are 91.9%~106% under the optimization experiment con -dition.The method is simple operation,rapid, high sensitivity and reliable.
