With the methods of literature and logical analysis, the paper studies the origins and relationship between Chinese Wushu and the The Book of Changes, yin and Yang, Five Elements, three theories combined epitomized to form the theory of Change, the Chinese nation's source of thought, which has a great influence on the formation of Chinese Wushu thought. The fine traditional culture of Wushu, draws the thoughts form the philosophy of The Book of Changes, that includes the thought of man and nature unity, dialectical view, yin and yang philosophy ontology "in ancient Chinese philosophy and ideology, become the source of ideas of Chinese Wushu in the past two thousand years of continuous development.
