采用混合熔剂在1050℃熔融制备样片,应用X射线荧光光谱仪测定了高碳锰铁炉渣中Mn、Fe、SiO2、Al2O3、CaO和MgO 6个主次组分.以12个锰矿石标准样品建立曲线,确定仪器测量的最佳参数,研究了熔样的条件、校正模式.各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)均小于5%,测定值与化学法测定结果相符.与化学法相比,该方法快速、准确、方便快捷,具有良好的精密度和准确性,可用于高碳锰铁炉渣的成分分析.

@@@@The sample is made mixed flux at 1050℃,by using the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer method to determine the six major and minor components of Mn、Fe、SiO2、Al2O3、CaO and MgO. Established curve with 12 manganese ore standard sample, determined the instrument parameters, and studied the melting conditions, calibration mode. The relative standard deviation of each element (RSD, n=12) were less than 5%, the results were consistent with the chemical method. Compared with chemical method, the method was rapid, accurate, convenient and fast, the method had excellent precision and accuracy, and can be used for the components analysis of high carbon ferromanganese slag .
