试验旨在研究蟛蜞菊挥发油能否作为天然安全优质的抗生素替代品而广泛应用于畜禽生产.通过水蒸汽蒸馏法获得蟛蜞菊挥发油,并研究测定其对畜禽养殖中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌等常见致病菌的抑制效果.结果表明,蟛蜞菊挥发油对4种供试菌种都具有显著的抑制效果,且随着挥发油浓度的增大,其抑菌活性增强.

The experiment was conducted to study the essential Oil from Wedelia chinensis. whether as a natural security and high quality alternative to antibiotics for livestock production. The essential oil was extracted from Wedelia chinensis. By steam distillation, and then its antimicrobial activity was assayed. The result showed the essential oil of Wedelia chinensis had significant inhibitory effect on 4 kinds of bacteria,when the concentration of the essential oil was higher,the antibacterial activity was enhanced.
