研究了低温氧化对淮南1/3焦煤挥发分和焦渣特性的影响,利用红外光谱表征了不同氧化时间下煤样中官能团的变化.结果表明低温氧化导致挥发分和焦渣特性降低,淮南1/3焦煤中含有较高含量的脂肪烃和环烷烃,氧化易使它们的碳链断裂,使分子内的羟基、酚、醚键等活性基团和含氧官能团直接生成稳定的羰基结构、CO、CO2和 H2O.

The paper aimed to investigate the effect of low-temperature oxidization on volatile and char residue characteristic of Huainan 1/3 coking coal. The change of functional groups in coal sample derived from the tests with different oxidization time were analyzed using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results indicated that low-temperature oxidation caused the decrease of volatile and char residue characteristic. Huainan 1/3 coking coal contains high content of cyclane and fatty hydrocarbon, which were easily oxidized through the breakage of carbon chain, and in turn lead to the transformation of active groups such as hydroxyl, phenol, ether bond into more stable compounds containing carbonyl, CO、CO2 and H2O.
