为了高效开发利用天然气,降低生产成本,有必要研究天然气脱水技术,指导天然气净化工艺方案制定.概述了目前国内外油气田普遍应用的5种天然气脱水技术,包括低温分离法、溶剂吸收法、固体吸附法、膜分离法、超音速分离法.总结了各种天然气脱水技术的工艺原理、应用现状及目前存在的主要问题.对比传统的天然气脱水技术,重点阐述了近年来出现的新型膜分离脱水技术和超音速脱水技术.对我国天然气脱水工艺发展的方向、重点技术进行了展望.

In order to develop and utilize natural gas effectively, reduce the production cost, it is necessary to study natural gas dehydration technology, guiding program of natural gas purification process. The paper reviewed 5 kinds of conventional dehydration techniques of natural gas used in domestic and oversea oil and gas fields, including low temperature separation method, solvent absorption method, solid adsorption, membrane separation and supersonic separation. The principle, development status and problems of every dehydration technique were summarized. In comparison with the conventional dehydration technique, the paper focused on the recent new membrane separation dehydration technology and supersonic dehydration technology. At last, the development direction China's natural gas dehydration technology and the key technology were prospected.
