对CIP(国际马铃薯中心)推荐的改良生根剂A(200 mg/kg IBA+100 mg/kg NAA+175 mg/kg硼酸+20 mL吐温-80, pH=5.5)和自制新型生根剂B(100 g/kg蔗糖+50 mg/kg青霉素, pH=5.5~5.8)、 C(75 g/kg蔗糖+50 mg/kg青霉素+25 mg/kg头孢霉素, pH=5.5~5.8)进行了对比试验,结果表明,自制新型生根剂B较改良生根剂A和自制生根剂C对马铃薯扦插苗的成活率、茎粗以及其它性状具有明显的促进作用.

Cutting propagation is an effective cultivation technology to obtain dehydrated virus potatoes . To select a better rooting reagent for cutting propagation of potatoes, we chose the improvement growth hormone A(200 mg/kg IBA+100 mg/kg NAA+175 mg/kg H3BO3 +20 mL C24H44O6, pH=5.5) from the CIP (International Potato Center) as control sampling . Two new rooting reagents were introduced as target samplings B(100 g/kg C12H22O11+50 mg/kg P.G, pH=5.5~5.8), and C(75 g/kg C12H22O11+50 mg/kg P.G+25 mg/kg C16H16N5AO7S2, pH=5.5~5.8), respectively . The results showed that the seedling survival rates and plant growth rates of potatoes of the new sampling B outperformed the control and another new sampling A in promoting.
