    采用碳化二亚胺法将三聚氰胺偶联到牛血清白蛋白上合成免疫原三聚氰胺-牛血清白蛋白.合成的抗原进行紫外扫描鉴定,利用辣根过氧化物酶合成HRP-MEL-BSA酶标抗原,利用固相抗体酶标抗原来进行效价的测定,检测抗原的合成.
